Series of EBSCO Webinars in Russian – May 2024

EBSCO company invites you to the next series of webinars, which will be held in May. Each one lasts about 1 hour. Select the event that interests you and follow the link to register. After this, you will receive an invitation letter with a link to the webinar by email.

During this hands-on session will be covered description of the brand new user interface of the EBSCOhost platform. You will learn about new features and tools, how to access the EBSCO resources available at our university, how to conduct basic and advanced searches, what limiters and extenders you can use when working with search results, as well as why to use subject headings, how to check the availability of a magazine on the platform and set up notifications about new issues of magazines

You will learn how to use effectively the functionality of the EBSCOhost platform (new interface): saving articles to Google Drive, citing, saving search history, a personal My EBSCOhost account, the ability to share selected information with colleagues, creating alerts, exporting bibliographic data to Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote
EBSCO electronic resources as tools for preparing world-class articles

During this webinar, you will learn how, using the EBSCOhost platform, you can select a journal for publication; in practice, the questions of where and how to obtain information necessary when preparing an article will be considered, and also, using the example of articles on the EBSCOhost platform, the basic requirements for the design of your publications will be given
