During this practical session, you will learn about basic and advanced search, what limiters and expanders you can use when working with search results, how and why to use subject headings, how to check the availability of a journal on the platform and set up notifications for new issues.

EBSCOhost tools useful for writing scientific papers

During this hands-on session, you will learn how to effectively use the features available on the EBSCOhost platform, such as: saving articles to the cloud in Google Drive, citing an article, saving search history, creating and using a personal My EBSCOhost account, saving results to a folder, the ability to share selected information with your colleagues, create alerts, export bibliographic data to programs such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote.

EBSCO electronic resources as tools for preparing world-class articles

During this webinar, you will learn how, using the EBSCOhost platform, you can select a journal for publication; in practice, we will look at where and how to get the information necessary when preparing an article, and also, using the example of articles on the EBSCOhost platform, we will consider the basic requirements for the design of your publications.

Let’s consider how the EBSCO search window is created for its subsequent placement on the library website, how URL links to resources are created, what additional applications exist that will make the EBSCO resources available in your organization more visible.
